You know the blue thing in USB ports? It has came off and I cant find it.. Now everything that is connected to that port always sometime turns off and back on. It is very loose... Where can I buy that blue thingy?

Solution
you can't buy the blue thingy. is is simply a piece of plastic that helps provide support for whatever you plug into it. if it came out then the port is broken and you need another one to use.

replacing a port is not really doable for a novice even if you could get a new port to put in. you likely have to install an add-on card that gives you extra usb ports you can use instead of the broken one if you have no others you can use.

also note that continuing to try to use the port can damage more than just the port. every time it turns on and off it is because the power connections is being cut over and over. this can lead to sparks, power surges and possibly damage to the device plugged in. i HIGHLY suggest you do not use...

well that sucks. you can look into replacing the port through warranty work or see if a local shop can replace it for you. not sure what it would cost either way but if it only has one port you obviously need it working.

if you do have at least one more port, then a usb hub could be the answer. would let you plug it into the single port and then give you another few ports depending on which hub you buy.

what is the laptop model number?

the specs show that you have

USB 2.0 port × 1, USB 3.0 port × 2

so the simplest solution is to get a 3.0 hub and plug it into the other 3.0 slot to gain a few extra ports if you need them. one that plugs in and brings power in from a wall socket is the best idea if you plan to plug multiple things into a single port. not as portable since you need to plug it in to use it but a single port can't power too many things at once.
