[SOLVED] USB 3.0 Difficult to insert

First build: trying to isert my front panel USB 3.0 to the mobo and am having a surprising amount of trouble. Don't want to apply too much pressure because I have heard the pins here are especially fragile.

Any tips on how to insert it? Side to side pushing or just straight downwards pressure?

Any help appreciated

It’s a keyed connector it only goes in one way and if it’s a little stiff at first well that’s how things are when they haven’t been penetrated that much
