USB 3.0 Front Panel - Only one port works

Recently did a new build, Mobo: Gigabyte Z91N-Gaming5 in a Corsair Graphite 380T case. Everything is working apart from one of the front panel USB's. The front panel USB's both wire into one connector. One works fine but the other doesn't even recognise devices nor does it have any power (tried charging my phone using it as i know sometimes it can do that but wont show devices plugged in on my computer).

No idea what to do to try and fix it, any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

I have sent Corsair a ticket saying there is a fault but i wanted to see if there was any other solution as i don't want to have to rebuild the machine because of a faulty USB port :S

You could ignore it and just add a usb3.0 front bay device.

Not ideal for a new setup. I think you are right in that i should just send it back but i wanted to check to see if someone else could think of something i was missing. Cheers for the speedy replies.

I'm having this issue on more than one of my cases. I don't think it's the case. What else could it be?
