USB 3.0 Header Help

If my Motherboard has an on-board USB 3.0 Header do I need a case to match, or is it perfectly fine to get one that doesn't have a 3.0 Header?

If you get a case without front panel USB 3 it doesn't matter, you just won't be able to use that header... You could get a front panel 2.5" bay that has 2 ports later on for quite cheap anyway.
