USB 3.0 header pin broke!

One usb 3.0 pin broke on my Asrock 970 pro3. Do I need to fix this for my pc to work properly or at all? If so, how do I go about fixing it?

As long as the broken pin isn't shorting out other pins it should be fine, you just wont have usb3 obviously.
Any chance you could post a pic of the problem?
