I've been wondering this for a while, and heard it around, but let's say the case I have has 2 front usb 3.0, but my motherboard only has one header port on it. Will this header port power both front usb 3.0 ports, or will i only have one usb 3.0 port to use, and just leave the other one dead?

Solution
Usually cases with 2 USB of the same type will be running off the same header. If you have 2x 3.0, then those will use one header. The wires are joined together with an adapter before plugging into a header on the motherboard.
