usb 3.0 in the front doesn't work

Hi guys I have a really major issue, or well kinda major, i have a phanteks enthoo pro full tower case and I pretty much plugged everything in the right place. But the problem is my usb 3.0 in front doesn't work where the case usb 3.o is the one doesn't work while the rear ones that came with the motherboard does. the USB 2.o ports works fine from front of the case also. I dont understand why that happens. I have plugged it in correctly to the motherboard and i even tried downloading a driver that i found online for usb 3.o but when i do plug something in, my computer kind of reads it and but uninstalls for example a flash drive and gives a error. I tried plugging my razer kraken usb 7.1 to the usb 3.0 port on the front but even after the installing the driver doesnt work. Please help.
I got my PC from HP.
My PC is called HP ENVY h8-1437c

The front panel cables for usb3.0 devices are often stiff.
When plugged into the blue motherboard header, I found that they often loosened and did not fit securely without support.
The driver you use should come from HP for your motherboard.

There is actual driver from the hp website for the motherboard sadly but i found this website that does provide it but sadly the driver doesnt work either. also i checked teh cable and it fits fine no loose as far as i can tell. the original hp case tat had usb 3.0 worked fine but i dont understand why the new phanteks case usb 33.0 doesnt work.

There is a possibility that the Phanteks case has a defective usb cable.
Contact Phanteks and perhaps they can send you a new part.
Since usb3.0 worked ok on the original case, there should be no issue with drivers or your motherboard.

oh ok thanks but how would the new part be, would it be like a whole 5.25 inch bay or something?

Not knowing which case you have, it will be up to Phanteks to send you what you need.
It likely would be a replacement part which includes both the usb socket and the cable.
