USB 3.0 - Need Another Male Header (from rear ports)

Hi Guys.

I've been reading this board for years and it's great! I finally ran into a brick wall and need help. I have two 20 pin female plugs from front panels, but only one header on the mobo.

I need the plugs to both be 3.0 (not adapted to 2.0 header, I found that) and I have six USB 3.0 rear ports to work with, but can't find a pass-through Y-cable/adapter that does this.

Any ideas?
