Question USB 3.0 not working Asrock b450m steel legend

hey, my usb 3.0 port on my motherboard is not working, when i plugged my keyboard or mouse it didnt turned on, but my usb 2.0 port works fine for my mouse and keyboard. I already uninstall-install usb 3.0 driver from device manager and still didn't work, updated my bios to the latest 3.30 bios still didn't work

-B450M Steel Legend
-Ryzen 5 2600
-corsair vengeance rgb pro 16gb 2x8 3200mhz
-Coller master ML120L
-Asus Rog STRIX rx 570 4gb
-psu Seasonic s12-ii 620w 80+ bronze
-seagate barracuda 500gb, seagate hardisk 1tb
-ssd samsung 860evo 500gb

-Mouse : logitech g402
-keyboard : Imperion mech 7 tkl
-Headset : DBE GM200

it just randomly stopped working, and my mouse and keyboard also fine attached to usb panel on casing
