Question USB 3.0 PC case port with USB £.2 Gen 2 header.

Will a PC Case port labelled USB 3.0 (now known as USB 3.2 Gen 1) handle full speed -10 Gps - data transmission from a USB 3.2 Gen 2 header on the motherboard, or will it just handle speeds up to 5Gps , which is the 3.2 Gen 1 standard?

According to the labelling, it will only handle speeds upto 5 Gbps.
