Question USB 3.0 Port Doesn't Recognize Sandisk USB 3.0 Stick, But Recognizes an External SSD

When I plug in a sandisk USB 3.0 stick my pc doesn't recognize it, It works in the usb 2.0 ports, and a usb 2.0 thumbstick works in the usb 3.0 port.

I also have an SSD in an external enclosure that connects to the usb 3.0 ports and gives me faster speeds using UASP VIA usb 3.0 cable.

The sticks worked perfectly fine as well as the enclosure. How can I Fix this issue?

Maybe you have to install additional drivers for the ports to work at 3.0 speed. Although you'd think that the stick would work at 2.0 speed,but look at your motherboard's site for any drivers that relate to usb.
