USB 3.0 port is slow

Hi, i'm having some trouble transfering files from my USB 3.0 devices to my laptop.
It start transfering at 150/170 mb/s but then after 5-10 seconds it drops to 12-25 mb/s. Why does this happend?.

I own a HP pavilion g7 2240us, it does have usb 3.0, my usb 3.0 devices are an internal HDD with a USB 3.0 hub and a USB Sandisk Extreme USB 3.0.

Maybe the internal drive in your laptop is slow or busy?
