Question USB 3.0 ports are only recognized as 2.0 and haves lower speeds ASUS

Hi guys,
I am currently using an ASUS ROG MAXIMUS X HERO and have the following issue: It seems I am not able to run USB 3.0 and USB 3.1 Gen 2 Ports at their respective speeds.

Tree Viewer shows me that the device is only connected in High-Speed (which the small H stands for), while SuperSpeed is allegedly avaliable on the 'Companion Port':

I actually spent alot of time on the issue and tried everything from updating the Chipset and Asmedia drivers to deleting the USB Root Hubs and rebooting afterwards. I even saw some posts that assumed a registry entry would work (which unfortunately did not). So far I could not solve this issue.
I would be really glad if anyone could help.

I have just downloaded and installed it after seeing your reply. It seems I cannot find any USB related options in there, what method exactly did you mean?

I have not got the same board but thought that might help in solving your problem is your bios on 2503

Yes my BIOS is on 2503 currently, release date 9/25/2020. I could not find any USB related options in armoury crate though. What exactly do you mean?
