USB 3.0 Ports aren't working

My usb 3.0 ports at the back are intermittently resetting, constantly disconnecting and reconnecting within a second or two which is really annoying. my front two ports on my case are working completely fine, and i've tried using a powered usb hub but it still does not work.

I'm using a GIGABYTE ZX87-UD3H Mobo. It seems like a common-ish problem people are having, however I haven't been able to find a fix.

I believe the issue persists when using different USB devices right?

As the ports on the front panel are properly working, then I believe this is not a driver related issue. Yet, you can go to the MOBO's website and update USB drivers.
In case the issue persists, then there may be something wrong with the MOBO. The ports on the back are directly attached to the MOBO. In that case, my suggestion would be to contact the MOBO's Manufacturer support.

Yeah, no matter what USB device I use whether it be an external hard drive, mouse, keyboard, headset, etc. it will have the same disconnect/reconnect issue.
