Good afternoon Tom's Hardware!
I bought this Rosewill Blackhawk ATX Mid tower back in late 2012-2013 for my first PC build. Honestly I knew these USB 3.0 ports didn't work then, and still don't work to this day. All 12 USB 2.0 ports work on my PC, None of my 4 USB 3.0 ports work. There are 2 3.0's located in the back of my PC, and 2 on the top panel. I've always just said "Screw it, I'll use the 2.0s for everything".
I'm just curious how I can fix this, if it can be fixed.

I'm using Win 7 64 bit.
Here's a link to Gigabytes mobo page, was told I perhaps needed to install 3.0 drivers?

I've gone to device management and it said the 3.0's were up to date though.
Any ideas? Thanks a lot!
