USB 3.0 Ports not detecting

I was searching Google on how to get my SD Card reader to work (It works now, Had to install a dell driver from their website). I stumbled upon a video that had me go into a device manager and update all my "Universal Serial Bus Controllers", by updating them manually. Doing this made my two USB 3.0 ports not get detected at all, I know the ports aren't damage because when i put my external HDD it will still light up but wont get detected. I really need help I don't know what to do.

Also my laptop has 4 usb ports (Two USB 3.0 and Two USB 2.0 and the 2.0 Ports works fine)
My PC is a Dell Inspiron 15 2521.

Have you tried rolling back the driver update?

Right click on the device (USB3) in this case. Then select Properties and go to the Driver tab when you will see a Roll Back Driver button to click on.
