USB 3.0 ports not working

I have 2 USB 3.0 ports on the front panel, and 2 on the rear panel, none of which work.
I also have 4 USB 2.0 ports on the rear panel, all working fine.
I have checked the device manager and there are 7 USB Root Hubs listed, no errors showing. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling drivers but no changes.
This issue is quite recent, the ports had been working correctly for over a year.
Any ideas would be great thanks

Solution
I want to be precise and say "manufacturer" means the Mobo's vendor, and it SHOULD be precisely for the OS version you are using. Am very suspicious when they say W10 Compatible. I want them to say W10 Certified.

I have already tried uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers via device manager. As far as I can see there is no way of distinguishing the USB 2.0 from 3.0 within the device manager. is there another way to find the drivers?
Thanks

They are usually part of your chipset driver's

A pic of what you have on device manager should help
