USB 3.0 ports will not work with windows 10 64bit

hello i cannot get my 3.0 ports to work with and devices that are 3.0. my mother board is Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3.
i believe i have installed thew correct drivers for the board. Please help.

I believe that is caused by using drivers for the wrong motherboard revision number.
