Hi, i have a gigabyte z87 ud5h motherboard only 4 weeks old. Everything worked perfectly until now.

I turned my computer on as normal but none of my plugged in usb hdd's are visible.

I plugged in a passport sized hdd and that powered up indicating the usb port is providing power but no divides are visible.
My USB 2.0 ports work fine its just all my USB 3.0 that don't (i have 6 at the back and 2 headers).
The 2 on the headers are plugged into a 'always on' port meaning even if my computers off it will charge divides still.
Don't know what to do to fix it! i have warranty but would rather not pull my pc apart to send a motherboard back. (Plus i need it for work).
Apart from the ports the rest of the computer works perfectly.

Any help or advice/suggestions greatly appreciated!
Thx

Thanks for the suggestion.
I went onto their website and installed all drivers i could find that were relevant and still nothing. I then tried gigabytes website (Manufacture of motherboard) and installed those drivers.... still no success...
Any other ideas?
