USB 3.0 Speed PC vs Laptop

Hy all

So i have bought this memory stick Kingston Data Traveler Ultimate 3.0 G3 32GB usb 3.0
when i copy somethingh from Pc(usb 3.0 port) to pendrive the speed is around 27 MB/s but when i copy somethingh from laptop (usb 3.0) to memory stick i have 45-52 Mb/s i'm wondering why it's so slow on desktop and so fast on Laptop?

The speeds aren't simply down to the port - your motherboard and/or hard drives in your laptop are simply better/faster/more powerful, allowing for higher transfer speeds

27MB/s is barely more than USB 2.0 speeds....

Believe me it's a cheap laptop Asus X55A and my desktop it's more powerful than that laptop 4 sure.

Did you update the USB3 driver from Mobo vendor's?

And I do hope when u performing those tests, the disk' cache is been recently flushed.

I did not update usb drivers from vender websites i;ll do that but i think it's mostly a hardware problem here's the benchamark from laptop

I'm not home to make another benchmark but the one from my PC at read speed it was Saying 35 MB/s on my desktop.(1st value)

I can't believe was the drivers Problem solved
Now i get much higher speeds 100 MB/S via USB 3.0
