USB 3.0 speed same as 2.0

Before you say i have 2.0 ports:
1. I have 4 3.0 USB ports.
2.I have SATA 3
3.The drive is Patriot supersonic rage 64gb 3.0.

yea most usb pin drives wont max out a usb 2.0 port .. reguardless of weather or not its usb 3.0 the drive it's self just isnt fast enough.
