usb 3.0 splitter

I have one usb 3.0 connector on My z97 pc mate motherboard and 2 cables/things that i want to connect, is it possible to split/there a such adapter that will alow Me to connect 2 usb 3.0 connections to one port on the motherboard? Is there any performance limitations?

I'm looking for a splitter for internal usb 3.0 pin connector that connects to the motherboard not the actual ports on the outside that other devices connect to.
