Usb 3.0 vs 2.0 For G15

I only use a Usb mouse-keyboard G15 I mean I want a Mobo that's 87 bucks but I Can save $30-40 bucks for not having the 3.0 Also If I want to upgrade later Can I just use a Pci Adapter for 3.0 .

also I'm getting the AMD x4 Would i beable to use my old DDR2 if the mobo is ddr3

No, DDR2 is different from DDR3, it doesn't fit in the slot.
