USB 3.0 working really slow

Hello there, i bought this flash drive (64GB Sandisk Ultra Micro USB/USB 3.0) yesterday and i'm getting VERY SLOW writing speed.

At first, it starts writing like 50MB/s but after a few seconds the speed starts decreasing until it reaches 10MB/s. After that, it doesn't get any faster, in fact, sometimes decreases until 6MB/s. It's even slower than my 2.0 drives!

I've got a Lenovo Ideapad 310 (laptop) with a i5 6200 2.3Ghz and 8GB RAM. Of course it's plugged to a USB 3.0 port and have all the drivers updated.

I've just tried it on a 2.0 port and stays at 11MB/s, just like in the 3.0. Tried another 3.0 flash drive (verbatim 128GB) on the same 2.0 port and got 25MB/s (wich es good for a 2.0 port)

I've formated the flash to NTFS so i could transfer big files, but i think it shouldn't cause any lost of speed, at least not to the poor 11MB/s i got

Anyways, sorry for bad english, and thanks to everyone that replies

EDIT: forgot to mention i'm using windows 10 64bits (also tried on windows 7 32bit, same results)

Is this while doing large file transfers; or multiple smaller ones?

I tried both things and got almost the same lame speed

Is your USB Bus driver updated at all?

Yup, all the USB drivers are updated... I'm starting to think maybe the flash drive is the problem... It's Sandisk, but not perfect...
I just don't know what to do

Funny you should mention Sandisk. When I went home after work I decided to do a few tests with a bunch of USB 3.0, 3.1, and 2.0 drives. I found that the read/write was exceptionally slower on all of my Sandisk drives. My Kingston, Corsair, and Team drives were the next fastest - and my Samsung 128GB BAR drive was the fastest 2 78.2MB/s avg.

Whilst this is solely just a test in basic file transfers (I did small Word docs all the way up to full scale 10GB+ application transfers); these were my results.

SanDisk 64GB CZ80 - 6.4MB/s avg
SanDisk 16GB Cruzer - 1.5MB/s avg
Corsair Survivor Stealth 128GB - 29.6MB/s avg
Kingston DataTraveler 50 16GB - 26.2MB/s avg
Team C155 64GB - 31.4MB/s avg
Samsung 128GB BAR - 78.2 MB/s avg

I hope this helps...
