Question usb 3.1 10gbps to PCIE 1x external enclose/adapter?

Need for use with anything that is pcie 1x. I know everyone will ask "why do you need this?". I got reasons. I just want to know if this exists. Thanks

Thanks for the response. Its not quite what I meant. This adapter is a riser that still requires connection to a PCIE port on the computer side. I'm looking for somthing that will just use the USB port and converts the signal both ways similar to how a thunderbolt/egpu works but for usb/pcie1x.

There are also PCIe 1x to usb adapters, that come with this or similar items. Basically its a usb cable, and a mini pcie (1x) card that has a usb plug on it, I'm sure you could use it the other way round though as its a double male usb cord. Google USB to PCIE and it is very easy to spot. Otherwise they do make mini pcie to usb adapters.

Main reason is I got a modified and upgraded (1 of a kind) $1000+ Asus STX II sound card. Asus sound cards are not compatible with Ryzen cpu/mobos and cause it to crash if installed. If i could make it external with usb that would solve the problem.

YES. it and it even causes window to become corrupted and it takes 2 hours for me to get windows to work as the windows restore stops working and requires some maunual fixes to get it working LOL. also
