USB 3.1 doesnt work in USB 2.0 port

Hello guys,
Is there any way to run USB 3.1 flash drive in USB 2.0 port?

It should run but at 2.0 speeds. If it's Type C it may need an adapter.

Its not usb c its regular USB A and i know it should run at normal speeds but windows wont recognize it. It only works in USB 3.0 port.
