USB 3.1 Gen 2 Issue

Hi everyone,
My case has a usb c gen 2 in the front panel section and unfortunately i bought a motherboard without a usb 3.1 gen 2 header..only one usb 3.0 header.
I'v been searching for a solution and i found this piece :

My motherboard is the Asus Rog Strix B360-F.

How can i know if this module will make my motherboard's usb 3.0 header put out 10gpbs speeds instead of 5gpbs?

if your motherboard has pcie ex 1.0 slots you can use those slots too and buy a usb 3.1 card

Yes, my motherboard has multiple pcie x1 and i saw a couple of usb 3.1 cards, but what i want to do is to make the front panel port active and not a usb c port at the back of the case.
Have you ever stumbled upon a pcie card with an usb 3.1 gen 2 header on it?
