USB 3.1 Not Working

Hello,
Today i updated my windows and the USB 3.1 port stopped working i thought it was because of the update so i rolled back to the previous windows and it did not fix it. Please help.

May check the " Power Management ' for the USB port in the Device Manager to see " Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" option is on or not, if is on, turn it off.
