Question USB 3.1 Port on Motherboard not Detecting USB Storage Device/External Hard Drive

Hi guys, please help me with this problem. My USB 3.1 is not detecting any USB Storage Device. I tried the USB in other ports and its working just fine.

I tried connecting my mousepad RGB USB hub and its working just like the speakers when i connected it.
