USB 3 ports not recognizing USB 3 devices

I noticed today that my USB 3 ports are not recognizing USB 3 devices. They seem to work fine with USB 2 devices.

Hey dvedve. Do you remember doing anything in particular which might have led to that issue? Any new software installed or a system update? What OS are you using?
If you remember doing system updates or installing new software which might have caused this, then I'd recommend that you do system restore to a previous point to see if that fixes the issue. Other than that you could try updating/reinstalling the USB drivers as well.
