Hello,

I've had my computer for a little more than a year and has worked relatively well. I decided to upgrade my ram, so I got 2 new sticks of ram and plugged it all in. Now, my fans, motherboard, and ram light up and show all of the LEDs it is supposed to. But my monitor wasn't showing the display, so I initially thought it was my monitor's problem but then my keyboard and mouse wouldn't work as well. I suspect it is the rear I/O of the motherboard, as nothing else on it works. What would cause the back panel not to work? And how can I fix it? It's been like this for a solid week.

CPU:Intel Core i-7 9700F
Motherboard: Tuf B365M-plus
Ram: Vengeance Pro 2x16gb, DDR4 300MHz
GPU: Nvidia Geforce gtx 1660 ti

Thank you,
Jackson

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:

What rams were you using prior to the upgrade? As a side note, did you mix and match your old ram with the new?

I suspect it is the back panel, as nothing else on it works.
You mean to state that the rear I/O of the motherboard is inactive?
