[SOLVED] USB ASUS BT400 install error

Hi,

I just bought a Asus BT400 bluetooth adapter for my pc, but whenever I use the driver that I got on my CD, it gives me an error, roughly translated it says ''can't finish installation due to script''. I tried downloading external drivers but they either didn't work or gave me an error saying it doesn't have a digital signature...

I am using windows 8.1 if that matters.

"You tried downloading external drivers" What do you mean by that?
Did you try the Asus driver from asus website?
Also you could try the Microsoft drivers >>BT400<<

So after hours of searching and trying countless drivers, one has finally worked. But now another issue arrived... When I try to connect my headset to the bluetooth, it just doesn't connect at all...

Update, after removing the USB and putting it in a different usb port, it works... Really bad product installation but it works I guess... Thanks for your help!

Glad you got it working...I was about to suggest that... since I had the same device and only worked with the Microsoft drivers on a USB 2.0 port.
