Alright this has been making me pull my hair out for a few days. My two younger siblings both received headsets for Christmas. I plugged them in and no sound on either. I plugged in my HyperX Cloud 2's and they are working fine. The current Headset I am working on is the RUN MUS K3's and I have unistalled the realtek and reinstalled tried it without realtek then realized that its most likely the usb drivers from this headset not installing. On both headsets the 3.5mm jack works although neither of their pc's have a working 3.5mm so i need the usb drivers to work. The second headset onikuma K5 pro.
EDIT: Both of their previous headsets were also USB and worked fine (the one old headset I still have is a sentey gs-4531
