USB bootable by Android.Without 'drive drode' app

Friends
I purchased new sandisk usb drive i dont have any other laptop or computr.
I dont know this my usb flash drive is fat32 or NTFS.
How can i change the format by Android phone.
How can i make this usb bootable?
I build my 1st pc in my life.I dont know.

Help me 🙁

you can't format something for a pc on an android device. can't even think of an android device that will even read a usb drive that is not already a pc.

you'll need to format it with a pc of some sort. a public computer is plenty enough to get it done if you have public access nearby.

sounds like you want to install windows to the new pc but lack a bootable drive to do it. you can make the usb from the public pc as well by getting the media creator tool from MS and following it's directions to make it.

sorry but a public or borrowed pc/laptop is the only way you can do it as is.

you can purchase windows on a usb stick if you wish. it'll be bootable and ready to install to the pc. if you can't get to a pc in any way (perhaps a local school/college has a pc lab you can use) this is likely the only way to get what you need done.

of course i am still assuming you need an operating system for the new pc you said you built.

other thoughts where you may get a working usb stick would be a local pc shop/help desk or electronics store. if nothing else someone working the help desk should be able to help you out for a small fee. that would be worth it.
