[SOLVED] Why is USB-C disconnecting ?

Not sure what would cause this, but for the past week every time I hook something into my USB C port it "halfway" connects... unless I apply pressure. But once i let go it's right back to being "halfway" connected.
And when it's connected and i barely move or tap anything it'll disconnect and I'll hear a beep.

clean it, make sure there isn't anything in the port
