Good day all, very new here - so hi to you all. I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3502 that I have successfully bricked trying to install two operating systems on it to use to run an older program in Windows 10 32bit. Anyway, it wont even boot into the bios (only the caps lock light comes on after switching on). I cant even get it to read a USB with the bios recovery job. So, now I am looking at a new laptop again. What I really need to do is get files and folders off the Desktop of the knackard laptop. The hdd is a M.2 PCIe 2230 128Gb, can I recover those folders ( as its not failed) by using a USB caddy - if so which one?? Theres some that seem to say they will work and you get down the description and it says its not suitable for ahci??? I am very new to these things and I havent got a clue.
This is the ssd I have
Cheers
