Question usb changing capacity

I had a 64 gig sandisk usb now it's 249 mb after running memtest86. How do I fix this?

memtest should not have altered capacity. If it did, then you have to reformat and reallocate.

When you say after running memtest, did you setup the memtest boot on that disk or did you simply run memtest and the capacity changed?

If you used that disk to create a memtest boot disk, you can run disk manager, delete all the partitions off that drive, create a new volume and format it.
