[SOLVED] USB connected to Phone disconnects and re-connects ?

A lot of people has this problem where USB suddenly gets disconnected and then reconnect. That's usually a driver issue. My USB drivers are up tp date.
Mine only gets disconnected when connected to my phone with its charging cable. But works fine with any other device i.e Pendrive.
So is this the fault of my Phone?

Not sure "whose" charging cable is being referenced: the phone or the "USB"?

More information needed: what is that "USB" and what/which cables are being used?

The problem "culprit" could be phone, cable, or USB [device].

You must methodically test, either directly or by elimination, various combinations to determine which one of three is the culprit.
