USB Controller Driver

Hey I have a problem with my computer where when I go into the device manager it says that there is an error with the "Universal Serial Bus (USB) controller" when I try to scan for drivers it says that there was no drivers found for it, Please HELP! My PC has an Intel CPU and Graphics is Geforce

Did not help I installed it and the USB controllers are still unable to be downloaded, it says error code 28 when I hit properties

Did you do a clean install on the hdd thats in this? Not install a hdd with an OS on it into this??

Yeah, I made sure to do a clean install.

It is ASRock H81M-HDS
