Question USB DAC under $70

HI! I am a newbie here.

I have a IPTV box which is running Android 7.0.

I wish to buy a USB DAC for the Andriod TV box.

I tried creative sound blaster 3 play. It didn't sound as good as my laptop (HP Chromebook 14) or mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy A20).

Is there a USB DAC (under US$70) which may sound similar to my laptop or mobile phone?

Can you pass on a link to your IPTV box? We will also need to know what sort of an audio equipment you're going to connect to the IPTV box/audio DAC. You should have an audio output from the IPTV box, have you tried that.
