Usb device is not recognized?

Hello i plugged a phone charger in a usb port on back of my computer, then my computer shut down and now my back panel usb ports aren't working. In device manager there is little yellow ! mark on Unknown device (error code 43). but the Unknown device dissapears if i unplug my keyboard from the rear panel.

My mobo is Esc a780gm-a
Keyboard: Razer lycosa
