USB Device issues (Mic and webcam specifically)

My PC is not using any microphones or webcams plugged into it.

I've tried my Corsair Void headset and my Logitech webcam, both USB devices. The PC can see them plugged in, and I can hear sound through the headset, but the Windows is not picking up any input from the microphone.

On the logitech webcam, neither the microphone or the webcam are being use, despite windows detecting both.

Any ideas?

try reinstalling windows chipset drivers see if you have a damaged usb driver hub.
