USB Device not recognized (only threw Hub)

Hello!

Following issue: I bought a USB 3.0 Hub (UHN3-420s) and connected it to my laptop. But only storage devices seem to work flawlessly (USB Stick and External Harddrive). When I connect my USB Headset or Adapter for my wireless Mouse and Keyboared the message appears "USB Device not recognized".
The devices do work just fine if connected directly to the computer. All under windows 7

It's a driver problem, unistall your driver and then re install.

The driver of the USB Ports of the Computer or the drivers of the devices? Sorry I am no Expert

I would do the devices first since you said that the port worked with other devices

search for the driver for your Adapter of your wireless Mouse and Keyboared. write the model and brand and search for drivers, let me know what happens

I installed the drivers again (for the Headset) and it still didnt work. I tested it on my old laptop, same result. My friend said it might be that it does not get enough power, but the Hub has its own power supply...

the fact that the devices are not recognized by your HUB, would suggest that your hub has a compatibility issue with your other devices.
That is normally the case if you buy from a unknown hub retailer. What is the hub brand?
So I can see if they have any issues with compatibility
