I have a usb device which powers up when plugged in but does not appear in Explorer when other usb devices do. I know the device works [a medical device] as I was at the doctor's Friday and they were able to access the files, upload data, and print. Since it isn't there in Explorer I cannot upload my recent data. I tried disabling all firewalls, antivirus, Windows Defnder, Smart Screen and anything else I could safely disable but the problem remains. Here's my system:

OS Version: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit
Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with Radeon Vega Graphics, AMD64 Family 23 Model 24 Stepping 1
Processor Count: 4
RAM: 16305 Mb
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 710, 1024 Mb
Hard Drives: C: 465 GB (426 GB Free); D: 931 GB (771 GB Free); E: 931 GB (841 GB Free);
Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC., ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING
Antivirus: System Shield, Enabled and Updated

Never thought to look. It does appear in Devices and Printers labeled as "ADC Reader". It also appears in Human Interface Devices as "Compliant consumer control device". So something is seeing it. Just not in Explorer.
