Hello, I recently moved back from college and during transit, something must have happened to my desktop as when I try to turn it on it shows a screen stating “USB Device Over Current Status Detected, Shutting Down in 15 Seconds.” I have tried to boot the computer without and USB’s installed, with the front USB header disconnected, and after resetting the computer multiple times. I am not allowed to access bios either as the error screen overrides it. One of the front USB ports does look quite mangled, as can be seen in the pictures, but as is also seen in the pictures I have disconnected them so I am wondering if it is now a mobo issue? Any help would be appreciated. Pictures are attached of my build below.

Solution
i've had this issue a couple of times over the years.
it was always caused by different USB hubs that wouldn't work correctly when certain devices were plugged into them.

if it continues to happen when all USB devices are disconnected than it is most likely a motherboard issue.
