USB device over current status on my pc I just built (Please help)

Hello everyone, I just recently built a new system and I continue to get an error that says, "USB device over current status... system will shut down after 15 seconds." I am fairly new to PC building and I am for the most part lost on what to do.

Specs:
- GTX 1080
- Intel i7 8700k
- My case is the Cooler Master H500M
- Master Liquid ML240L RGB AIO
- 2 3.5 inch hard drives
- 1 860 EVO SSD
- 1000W EVGA PSU
- 32 GB G.Skill Trident RGB Memory
- z390-e gaming MOBO

I'm pretty sure that is all the specifications if anyone has any ideas please let me know. At this point, I'm completely lost.

Best guess you nicked a wire for the front panel usb connector. Unplug it don't use the case USB ports and it should work fine
