usb devices keep disconnecting and reconnecting

hey guys so for some reason i don't know why this started yesterday my razer game pad headset and xbox controller keep disconnecting and re connecting randomly it can happen every hour 15 mins it's just so random anyone know why this could be? i added 2 fans to my system yesterday new h100i asus sli bridge and a new razer game pad don't know if any of this could be a cause
