Hey all.

After getting a new Motherboard, my Astro A50 headset and wireless Steelseries sensei mouse does no longer charge when my pc is turned off.

They both have a docking station plugged to the pc by usb, and with the old motherboard, they charged fine when placed in their stations.

Its a pain in the butt that they dont charge, as I have to get cables resorted everytime they run out of juice.

I have made sure that the usb ports is not allowed to turn off on their own, and I have disabled the EU green power restriction on the motherboard (dont remember the nane).

Its an MSI Z270 Gaming M7 motherboard.

Can someone help ?

It says its for apple products and that it needs to be plugged to the red JUSB1 connector on the MB.

I need to make the onboard usb ports to charge, as I got them plugged to the back of the MB.

Yeah the "Super Charger port" will be charging, which I suspect is the red JUSB1 port on the motherboard.

That is still not the multiple ports on the back and also, since I have two devices that needs it, "THE" Super Charger port wont be enough.

But is the super charger the only solution ? Its not just a simple windows restiction somewhere ?

I have thought of it, but since I dont need more ports It would be silly to spend money on if I can find another sollution. But if I dont that will be what I do :)

I have an Aukey power strip, that also has 5 x USB charging points.

Ill look it up, if it gets to that :)
