usb devices not showing in the device manager and not installing drivers

guys I try to connect my android device and my vape to the laptop ( windows 7 sp1 fully updated ) but its like they are not there they are charging but they never install drivers and they doesn't even exist in the device manager and not showing with exclamation marks also but they charge but when I connect my USB 16gb device it works perfectly fine , I tried to uninstall usb drivers and restarted but still not working. can someone help me urgently

manufacturer of my mobile lenovo vibe p1 and vape voopoo drag doesn't have the drivers listed on their website so this one didn't work for me

after testing 4 cables bought a new one and worked fine
