Question USB Devices not working, screen frozen, and power button won't shutdown PC ?

Just wanted to post this incase somebody might've seen something like this before. I sometimes leave my PC on overnight, and on rare occurrences I will come back to find all of the USB devices are not working (no lights on them either) and the screen is stuck somewhere. I try plugging in the usb devices again (still nothing) and try using the power button to turn off the machine but that doesn't work either, even when holding it down. I can fix the issue by turning off the PSU and turning it back on, and it boots without issue.

Nothing in the event logs regarding weird events overnight. Any ideas?

Open Windows Control Panel, open Device Manager, open Universal Serial Bus controllers. Look for all instances of USB Root Hub and open each one in turn. Click on Power Management tab and remove check mark next to 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power'.
